film year edit

I have been trying to verify the year in the infobox. I'm unable to do so due to conflicting sources:

1. The article itself says that the year is 1999, but without any source.

2. IMDB says it is 2000.

3. The NFDC website, the film's porducer, says it is 1998.

The film won the Best Film & the Best Screenplay award award in 1999 (multiple sources confirm this, including IMDB). So IMDB is obviously wrong with the year as 2000. Since the movie was not released in theatres nationwide (i can't find a specific release date), the date of first screening at any major festival would be its year of release.
