Image copyright problem with Image:SaintJosephsHawks.png edit

The image Image:SaintJosephsHawks.png is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
  • That this article is linked to from the image description page.

This is an automated notice by FairuseBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. --01:45, 4 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

St. Joseph's of Pennsylvania edit

I undid the changes that marked St. Joseph's University with St. Joseph's (PA) every time in this article. Please see your talk page and the talk page of Jameer Nelson. 140.247.15.13 (talk) 14:09, 31 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Home record edit

The Saint Joseph's Hawks men's basketball page claimed their home record was 320-81 from 1949-2008 while the Alumni Memorial Fieldhouse and Hagan Arena pages claimed 305-76. None of them cited sources and I couldn't find one in a quick search. Either of those numbers average out to ~6 home basketball games a year versus an average of 10-15 for most teams over the same time period, so I deleted the statistic from all three pages. Blacklisted Links Found on the Main Page edit

Cyberbot II has detected that page contains external links that have either been globally or locally blacklisted. Links tend to be blacklisted because they have a history of being spammed, or are highly innappropriate for Wikipedia. This, however, doesn't necessarily mean it's spam, or not a good link. If the link is a good link, you may wish to request whitelisting by going to the request page for whitelisting. If you feel the link being caught by the blacklist is a false positive, or no longer needed on the blacklist, you may request the regex be removed or altered at the blacklist request page. If the link is blacklisted globally and you feel the above applies you may request to whitelist it using the before mentioned request page, or request it's removal, or alteration, at the request page on meta. When requesting whitelisting, be sure to supply the link to be whitelisted and wrap the link in nowiki tags. The whitelisting process can take its time so once a request has been filled out, you may set the invisible parameter on the tag to true. Please be aware that the bot will replace removed tags, and will remove misplaced tags regularly.
