The lights on the bridge edit

One thing I have noticed as a user of the bridge is the rather unusual lights used on it, yet there is no mention of this in the article. It is simply shown in pictures. These lights are even used in the parking lot of the Saint John Harbour Bridge Authority, which may be defunct now. I am not sure where to find more information on this, but it may be useful for the article.
