Is this fighter notable. Has only fought once for top tier organisation. For now would suggest page can be held in sandbox until such point that he is considered notable. Legacy are not a top tier organisation. not even close. Whoever did the page put in a fair amount of work, but really they should just sandbox it until he fulfils the criteria.
