"The Cocktail Shaker"? edit
Both the pages for this one and for SS Deutschland (1923) claim this nickname. Was it really given to both? Both list conversion to smaller engines to counteract it. I suspect that this story only applies to one of them, and I believe it was the 1900 version, not the 1923, but I need to check. Matthew Brown (Morven) (T:C) 21:41, 9 May 2008 (UTC)
- This page should answer your question about the 1900 version. That was the reason for the ship's conversion to Viktoria Luise, since as a speed champion, there was too much vibration. SchuminWeb (Talk) 13:03, 10 May 2008 (UTC)
Statistics Mismatch? edit
It appears the statistics (length, beam, etc.) in the article and those in the right-hand summary column do not match. Which are correct? Yankeecook2 (talk) 15:45, 25 January 2015 (UTC)
