Fair use rationale for Image:Runaway jury.jpg edit

Image:Runaway jury.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

The plot outline contains numerous errors edit

There are many misconceptions in the plot outline, such as "Fitch instructs the attorneys to pick Easter for the pool". There are also problems with e.g. the chronology, such as when the name Jeffrey Kerr is revealed. The plot outline should be carefully revised. 81.236.20.164 (talk) 00:15, 12 April 2008 (UTC)Curious GeorgeReply

1) I corrected sequence: Fitch pays, then get to know that Rohr declined. 2) I am not sure about this, but I think the jury gives "guilty/or not" and the Judge is the one who decides the punishment, payments etc. d-axel (talk) 22:59, 1 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

differences between the novel and the film edit

Hi! If someone has the information for a subheading similar to this one, it would be very helpful to put them in. Thanx. Maarten, dutch (talk) 17:46, 13 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Small sugestion : the change from tobacco to guns was made because another recent movie already was about tobacco lawsuits : 'The Insider'. If anyone finds some descent sources and info about it, and can put it in words, it would be nice to add. (i have neither the source nor the words) (84.196.118.78 (talk) 01:34, 4 September 2009 (UTC)).Reply

I think the real reason that they changed it from tobacco to guns was because of the influence of the tobacco lobby in Hollywood. (David Kessler) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.43.84.174 (talk) 02:43, 10 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

List of Characters needs expansion edit

I am planning to expand the subheading "List of Characters" by adding detailed information about the characters. For example, Nicholas Easter needs more than just another name that he uses in the movie. I may also edit some of the plot since there appears to be misconceptions. Please let me know if there is anything else that needs work.A51002 (talk) 15:51, 19 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

Plot and cast edit

Both the plot and cast sections are too long, burdened with unnecessary details and, in some cases, improper analysis. These sections need serious trimming. ---RepublicanJacobiteTheFortyFive 04:22, 23 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

Luis Guzman! edit

Luis Guzman has an uncredited role as one of the jurors. Can someone with editing powers add this? I don't pretend to know anything about why some actors are credited and some not, but he seems to have more screen time and lines than some of the credited actors. 173.28.208.206 (talk) 23:57, 5 June 2022 (UTC)Reply
