Image for fair use

I'm not exactly sure what constitutes a fair use of image. I own the rights of this following image, would it be appropriate for uploading? Kindly advise. Thanks.

Most of the images currently in the article are claimed fair-use but don't comply with our non-free content policy which is more stringent than the fair-use doctrine and you should also consult the non-free guidelines both of which apply. The photobucket image above clearly has a attribution watermark but without a proper source page we cannot tell if it is copyright or not, so we err on the side of caution as we take copyright status very seriously around here. You really need to find a freely licenced image and add it to the infobox. I already made the same suggestions on this editor's talk page. Good luck. ww2censor (talk) 18:21, 7 October 2010 (UTC)
