It's a fried pork strip dish with no English language sources edit

I looked up the pinyin and the translated name I found from a GBooks snippet view that seemed to call it "soft pork fillet". With a generic name, I'm not so sure it's distinctly notable dish, even if it's really common. Needs a Chinese language reader for assessing notability.
