Regarding proposed deletion, I have improved the article by adding a fifth reference. Roy W. Hill was an important figure in the early years of Eisenhower Medical Center, a nationally recognized institution, and as such deserves a Wikipedia biography. - He should certainly be mentioned in Eisenhower Medical Center, if he was important in its development.
