Regarding proposed deletion, I have improved the article by adding a fifth reference. Roy W. Hill was an important figure in the early years of Eisenhower Medical Center, a nationally recognized institution, and as such deserves a Wikipedia biography. He should certainly be mentioned in Eisenhower Medical Center, if he was important in its development. But he doesn't seem to have been notable apart from his involvement with the Center: please have a read of Wikipedia:Notability (people).
