Rhead's tenure dates edit

I changed the date of Rhead's leaving Roseville back to 1909. I can't find a source that says 1908, and according to Rhead's own article "In 1908 the company reduced the amount of handcrafting in its production and the following year Rhead moved to University City, Missouri, although his brother Harry stayed on at Roseville." The following year would be 1909. Assuming he wasn't unemployed for a year (again, no source indicates that) then he left in 1909.
