martial expeditions edit

The term "martial expeditions" is such an extreme euphemism, it took me a second to realize what it meant. Can't we just say "Viking raid", or better yet, "rape and pillage adventure"? Martial expeditions sounds like a harmless activity high school kids might participate in to bolster their college applications.
