I have added a citation need against the somewhat emotively phrased paragraph, which I have slightly edited, referring to his part in the privatization of the HM Stationery Office. It implicates a probable conflict of interest on his part, but it does not make clear the distance in time between his holding Ministerial office in MOD Procurement and the initiating of the privatization; did he take the steps while still holding the post, in which case conflict interest would be a pertinent point?Cloptonson (talk) 16:19, 25 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
