Image:Rockinoverthebeat.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Probable mistake

Seems to me that the year of release is wrong. If it's the fourth single from the album it must be 1990. 46.131.44.244 (talk) 09:08, 14 November 2022 (UTC)

The article of the "Pump Up the Jam (album)" refers to release date 20. April 1990. And it really has to be 1990.

Maybe I am missing out on some information, so I won't edit the article myself.
