Accuracy edit

What year was the closure exactly? I've got 2 contrasting statements in the article. [[User:MacGyverMagic|Mgm|(talk)]] 11:28, Nov 19, 2004 (UTC)

The last race was in late 1988 (SCORE off road Championships), Cal-Club ran there in 1989 until a racer died and that is when Riverside closed for good--Jason Trew/TVSRR

Confusion edit

I have noticed that the diagrams mentions that the NASCAR layout is in the middle, the problem is there's 2 diagrams in the middle and it doesn't tell which one specifically. Sawblade05 17:12, 15 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

  • I hope I made it less confusing as the 3rd from the left, and added the color for people to know which course is which. TVSRR 22:15, 15 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Assessment edit

This article does not seem to have gone through the GA process. Was the "A" rating arbitrarily assigned to this article? What criteria were used? The article does not really compare well to other GAs or A class articles and thus i challenge this class rating especially in project California. Anyone who would like to defend this rating using the established criteria is invited to respond to this post. Anlace 05:54, 3 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

  • sorry, made a mistake on this. TVSRR 01:39, 8 November 2006 (UTC)Reply
    • fixed the california part back to original (Unassessed), sorry about the mistake I made TVSRR 01:56, 8 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

RIR Plaque edit

Although I do not live in the US and have never visited the mall before, as there is no mention of it, somebody told me that there is a plaque near the mall, is that true as I can't find it anywhere on the web? Willirennen 15:52 16 Nov 2006 (utc)

Statement removed from the "Miscellaneous facts" section edit

Someone with better knowledge will have to come edit this with more facts, but I ran one event there with cars that ran mostly in San Bernardino Orange Show ¼ mile. —Preceding unsigned comment added by DH85868993 (talkcontribs) 12:01, 22 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Needs work edit

The "Seven Courses of Riverside" section is at the moment quite confusing, as it appears to have been written to refer to diagrams/images that are no longer in the article. - The Bushranger One ping only 23:07, 27 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

I did my best to make it less confusing, it's good practice for me Wikimikey423 05:23, 18 November 2018 (UTC)Reply

Clean-up edit

Due to the issues with this page I'll initiate a clean-up from time to time. I'm very familiar with the track. Wikimikey423 05:21, 18 November 2018 (UTC)Reply

Kevin Cogan has qualy record but not race lap record edit

The 1982 Kevin Cogan lap time is the qualifying time, not the fastest race lap. Fastest race lap data is not available for IndyCar races prior to 1992. --Mark McWire (talk) 00:37, 6 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
