The interpretation ("Labour" or "Revolution") is misleading and inaccurate.
Documented the name Rinat appeared long before the Russian Revolution of 1917:
1899 obd-memorial.ru/html/info.htm?id=2906854
1909 obd-memorial.ru/html/info.htm?id=1154018837
1912 obd-memorial.ru/html/info.htm?id=53260235
1914 obd-memorial.ru/html/info.htm?id=58394255

The origin of the name is from the old Turkic word r'ynat, meaning "the brave, strong" and not from the latin name Renatus (re-born).
