Subject vs. Subject's cases edit

There's a whole lot of material here that really isn't about Mr. Bernstein, but is instead info about various cases he's tried. I don't want to remove it unilaterally, but it really comes across as undue emphasis on them. The fact that he litigated them may be significant, but the details of the cases and their outcomes don't really tell the reader anything about him. If the cases are noteworthy in their own right, they should have their own articles for this information, but if not they shouldn't be chronicled here as padding for this article. And frankly, I suspect that the editor responsible for adding it has a conflict of interest (or at least an unusual level of interest) in promoting the subject and his firm. -Jason A.
