For now, looks like a sufficiently stable work-in-progress. Improvement would come from sections such as
expansion on the provisions and their impact on later Scots law
detailing and discussing the various sources, both direct and indirect
Further discussions of interest (eg, Glanvill offered judicial trial as an alternative to combat/duel; the RM eliminated all but judicial trial, arguably a significant advancement for that day and age)
