Massive cleanup edit
Two points, I should clarify. First that I'm not sure if the second Osvaldo Ortiz's arrest violates NOR rules, though I think in fairness, "burglary from a car" is a fairly specific charge to be mentioned against the same uncommon given and surnames, especially when "inoperable" guns were used in both instances. But I don't want to be a conspiracy buff either, I really don't give a crap - most likely it's the same guy, and most likely he is a transient career car burglar. Secondly, that sources seem to disagree whether it was a shotgun or rifle case that was found, I have put shotgun simply because it seems the most "likely" scenario to have been the first reported, then simply colloqualised into "rifle" by (ignorant) passersby who have slightly modified the facts. Of course, it obviously makes a difference, since a shotgun couldn't possibly hit anybody from a hotel balcony. Sherurcij (Speaker for the Dead) 08:57, 4 August 2007 (UTC)

"Alleged" edit
[I have brought this issue up at Sherurcij's talk page as well.] Isn't there a better word we can use here? Maybe just describing LHO as "Kennedy's assassin" is too strong, since there is doubt, but the use of "alleged assassin" implies more ambiguity about the issue than is really there, making it somewhat tendentious. For instance, LHO's own article does not describe him merely as the "alleged" assassin, but rather presents him as the almost-certain assassin. - No one has replied to my user talk note or my talk note, so I am going to make a change so that LHO is described as "the man widely agreed to have assassinated President John F. Kennedy" rather than as "the alleged assassin of President John F. Kennedy". Dead or alive edit
Hi im Marksdaman, I am a conspiracy buff and I am baffled by three questions having to deal with Raymond Lee Harvey. The questions are: his background before the event, his life after the event, and if he is still living. I have googled "Raymond lee Harvey", "Carter assassination attempt" and "Osvaldo Ortiz", and i have been through many different websites. My search for answers was to no avail, as the websites did not confirm his life after the event or if he was alive, and the only things they mentioned about his background was that he was born in Ohio and that he had a history of mental illness. I was just wondering, if anyone reads this message, if you would take the time and try and find any info about Raymond Lee Harvey's background, his life after the event, or if he is dead or alive. If you do find any information on any of the three questions I asked, then post it on my talk page.

"Sources" edit
This is just great. All the "sources" owned by the same right wing media outlet. just coincidentally currently owned by one self confessed anti democrat named Rupert Murdoch. Been an awful lot of serious investigation done into what would have been the biggest scandal of the decade in any other country. I'll bet the sources are really in depth investigation as well. "Lee Harvey" seems not even to have existed. These excellent reporters dont even know where or when he was born. I guess he didnt have any ID. Good thing right wing media has convinced US citizens (congress) to agree to having their laminated ID's welded to their foreheads with a radio transmitter so they can be found and tazed if they ask an "impertinent" question at any "open forum" at their holy 'educational' institutions of "free" thinking,*cough*"university" of florida*cough* . / *beyond finding the irony off button*
