"Free" service is no longer offered

I have not edited the article yet, but I think it's important that we address this issue. Rapidshare does not offer an option for free cloud storage to any extent. New users are able to create an account, however their upload limit is 0GBs until they purchase a service package. I'll wait a few hours in case anyone else has something to say about this, and then I will be editing the article to reflect this.
