Notability edit
Per the guidance of the Admin who previously deleted this article I have provided references - national publications - that feature Randy Leonard. He has a long history in Oregon politics, and has dived headfirst into a lot of hot issues while serving on the Portland City council. He has made a name for himself in Oregon politics, and is starting to do so nationally. I believe I have demonstrated that Leonard is a noteworthy person. If not, please let me know where the article is lacking, and I am happy to include more supporting documentation.
I do plan to substantially add to the article, but thought it important to get a brief article on wiki for now, since Leonard has been involved in many topics of interest.
