Anybody ever gone to this Mall? edit

It was a great mall! I went there in 1997. The mall was located in Niagara Falls, New York, USA. User:BuddyBoy600

It was a big deal in Niagara Falls, NY when it opened. This mall had 3 floors, with escalators and a glass elevator that rose right above a big fountain. The Rainbow Centre was very beautiful but it never seemed to be very busy except around Christmas time. In later years with the tough economy it just couldn't hold its own anymore.
