Some original 1826/1831 rail from the Australian Agricultural Company coal tramway is now in the Newcastle Regional Museum. Tabletop (talk) 07:24, 22 October 2011 (UTC) [1]
S&D Rail edit

There is an article at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Track_(rail_transport) which is much more developed than this one. The material here would fit very well as sections there. I have no experience or even knowledge of how this should properly be done, so I leave further work on this to those who do.
