Clean up and addition of new section

I've done a quick rewrite of all sections. I've brought it up to date, touched up its appearance, and improved the flow of the text. I've also added a brief 'landmarks' section, as I thought this was relevent and links this page with numerous other Tipperary-related articles. Feel free to add more information. Addition of History section

I've added a new section to reflect the construction history of the route and supplied academic and historical references, too.Seighean (talk) 21:35, 28 February 2009 (UTC)
