I'm a international student, and have plane to go on to a college in the USA to be a VET.

I want to work as a volantier animal doctor at shelter or humane society.. etc... However, most of Medical schools are so expencive for me and my family, but I don't want to give up my dream. And now, I'm looking for something good finance program such as scholership or loan if I can get. In my country, if a student want to be a social worker or something for a worker in public, they sometimes support that student's school tuition. ( 50% or more)

So,if somebody knows something good programs for me or like my situation, Please tell me!!!

Subject related to GRE

I have completed my B.E in Electrical and Electronics fro a reputed university in India.Due to my irresponsible academic career i have a Second Class Grade (50-60)%.Now i regret about the misdeeds i have done and want to pursue Master's in Control System and Automation Engineering from any foreign university.I am ready to undergo any hardship to get an admission.I have three main Concern could anyone help me with my queries

1.What would be the necessary GRE score i should need along with the bachelors grade to get an admission in any of the universities.

2.Which are the best universities for the above mentioned masters course.

3.What are the necessary steps to get a good GRE score.
