Entire article talks about Testing which is Quality Control (QC) rather than Quality Assurance (QA)
If someone says:
"The entire article talks about TEsting and the various types of testing with little or no adequate reference to Quality Assurance which primarily is the set of activities (including facilitation, training, measurement and analysis) needed to provide adequate confidence that processes are established and continuously improved in order to produce products or services that conform to requirements and are fit for use. I strongly suggest that the detailed descriptions regarding types of testing to be removed and Quality Assurance concepts are included. Too general?
In my opinion, the article is very general - which is good on the one hand, but it lacks specific fields of application. Every industry has its own model of quality assurance or let's say quality management. Maybe it should be merged with Quality management or industries in particular? Any opinions?
