Is image appropriate?
I don't feel confident to change this because I don't know the subject matter well - that' why I wa reading the article - but it looks to me like the form in the lead picture is a "purchase order request" issued by the seller. Isn't that more or less the opposite of a "purchase order" issued by the buyer?
