This article is primarily quotes from the US SDWA and the USEPA regulations based upon the SDWA. It is probably useful only as a "stub" to redirect people to those pages. Although the definitions are straight out of the code, they can be confusing, so this page may be needed for some (as yet to be added) clarification.
