-I would like to point out that the statement "Today, Helsinki is the only city in Finland to have trams or subway trains. There used to be two other cities in Finland with trams: Turku and Viipuri (Vyborg)." is a common misunderstanding. If we're willing to mention the today-Russian city of Viipuri amidst Finnish cities, then allow me to split even more hairs. There have been trams in 3 Finnish cities, these are the above mentioned Helsinki and Viipuri, but also Vantaa, which had tramway traffic in Kulosaari, then part of Helsingin maalaiskunta, that is, in modern terms, Vantaa.
