This seems like a good start http://muse.jhu.edu/cgi-bin/access.cgi?uri=/journals/human_rights_quarterly/v022/22.4vandenhole.html. However, all I can read is the abstract to the article. Perhaps someone with a university account or something can access it.

This article needs a better write up and I also think it was Chief Justice Bhagavati who brought the idea of Public Litigation. the history should be added (Jeevanjoseph1974 (talk) 22:03, 27 February 2012 (UTC))
I have moved the non-copyvio article at Public interest litigation to Talk:Public Interest Litigation/Temp so that once the copyvio article is deleted the non-copyvio article can be restored to the title with proper capitalisation. -- Paddu 08:16, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
