Separate PPM and Prospectus. edit
A prospectus is used when referring to a registered and fully disclosed security, a private placement memorandum is used for Unregistered securities that are exempt from registration using the Regulation D exemption rules. Please separate PPM and Prospectus.
Mutual funds edit
Mutual funds also have prospectuses, and are required to provide them to prospective shareholders and to existing shareholders when material changes occur (such as a change in investment policies or redemption fees). 66.92.79.129 (talk) 00:35, 19 October 2010 (UTC)
