The red links (jibberish) are all acts of Parliament dealing with confiscation of the proceeds of crime. The powers of the state became more draconian with the implementation of each act. Ron Barker 15:59, 7 August 2007 (UTC)

Prominent controversy section needed! edit
This act is highly controversial. It was used by the MET police for a massive 6.700 deposit-box wrenching "fishing expedition" in 2009, under the disguise of ripping serious criminals of ther stashed profits and drugs. However, bobbies confiscated the "emergency money" of so many jewish people and institutions, that Israel threatened to hurt Britain via the US Capitol Hill, unless the juggernaut stops. A huge number of indian businessman immigrants also lost their cash savings and were told to sue it back, provided they'd been willing to invest 50k UKP up-front for court legal fees (because POCA puts the burden of proof on the citizen, not the gov't).
