League Tables edit

A couple of days ago I replaced the current league tables with the UEFA style tables in articles such as La Liga 2007-08 and Premier League 2007–08. I have a sample of what this would look like for the Primera División de México at my user page. A couple of people have been reverting the league tables back to the current tables and I would at least appreciate an explanation for why they are being reverted. Using the fb cl2 templates results in much less work for the editors to update the standings and at least in my opinion the UEFA-style tables look much cleaner. I'd love to hear some input from more people. Lineofire (talk) 05:15, 29 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Just noticed that the last person to revert the league table has it wrong (i.e. different from the official FMF website). This same IP address insists on putting the same score twice in the results table even after I left a comment before the table, which this person removed, explaining that it was not necessary. Lineofire (talk) 05:55, 29 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

I reverted tghem because i was the one who created the whole page and it looks nicer than your tables and i will update all the page everyday and by the way nobody goes to the primera divison A after the Apertura 2008

Primera Division edit

I love how all the tables look alike i thank whoever created thuis it is perfect, all tables look the same and cool, i love the managerial changes section. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.224.118.102 (talk) 19:33, 20 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

Qualifying edit

Can someone please elaborate on how the qualification to the 'liguilla' works? Do the top 8 of the 'tabla general' qualify or only the top 3 of each group? Chupu (talk) 13:34, 13 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

References edit

I'm not questioning that the sources referenced in this article are valid, but I would recommend trying to use English-language sources where possible in this article and future articles on Mexican soccer. See: WP:NONENG. JohnnyPolo24 (talk) 17:13, 14 January 2009 (UTC)Reply
