Right Angles? edit

Growing up in the area, I had always heard that the building had few to no right angles in the interior. Is this true and, if so, should that information be added to the article?

Yes it is true - The building is based on 30 and 60 degree angles. While there are some 90 degree angles like the doorways the rest of the building is very angular - the lights, the drains, the stairs, the elevators and etc... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.137.60.106 (talk) 16:11, 26 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

Furniture edit

I have heard that the furniture was built in the rooms and were made too big to fit out the doors, that FLW didn't want it to be used in any other room other than what they were designed for. I thought it was a neat trivia bit. Anyone else? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by MoonWTrash (talkcontribs) 18:39, 22 February 2007 (UTC).Reply

Having grown up in Bartlesville, I had the honor of watching the tower being built and of touring the building prior to its public opening. If I remember correctly, even the elevators were triangular shaped and very small; so small in fact that a Xerox 914 copier had to be hoisted up the outside of the building. 69.154.22.189 (talk) 22:02, 13 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Further reading edit

The list of articles and books was longer than the article itself, and there's no way the person who added them used all of them to make the changes he made. To that end, I've moved those without specific page numbers here, so others can find them and use them in the future to cite specific points. User:Confesseur (talk) 02:07, 25 May 2008 (UTC)Reply
