• ... that in a pre-game ceremony before the last game of the 1972 ice hockey Summit Series, the Canadian delegation presented a totem pole to the Soviet Union? Source: "We had a totem pole that we brought over from Canada to bring out on the ice as a gift and they told us it wasn't in the program. I told their guy, Gresko, "Look, you got to present your petrushka dolls in Canada; this is our gift and we're going to bring it on the ice." He said, if we did that, all TV coverage would be cut. So, before the faceoff, we snuck on the ice with this thing, made our presentation and nothing happened." (The story of the Summit Series, as it's never been told before)

Overall: @Mindmatrix: Nice work on this article. There are a few issues with the refs being broken, although these don't affect the review. "Jaffe 2016" should actually be "Jaffe 2014", "Campbell" should be "Campbell 2013", and "Doyice & Wolohan 2003" should be "Cotten & Wolohan 2003" (using the last name). Globalise tag
