Proposed merge with Portrayal of East Asians in Hollywood edit
"...in American theater" is currently just three prominent examples. Seems like it might be worth combining the two articles into a single "...in American film and theater" article. (Or even just "Yellowface" - the "...in Hollywood" article appears to have been renamed away from that without discussion in 2010.) McGeddon (talk) 18:20, 26 November 2015 (UTC)
- I think that's a great idea. The page could just be renamed. How would we go about merging these together? — Preceding unsigned comment added by ScoutLepore 95 (talk • contribs) 07:17, December 2, 2015 (UTC)
- I also agree. The target article should be rename to Yellowface, per its own lead. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 07:34, 16 June 2016 (UTC)
- Noting here that the proposal to move to the new title Yellowface failed to reach consensus, in 2016; see Talk:Portrayal of East Asians in American film#Requested move 16 June 2016. Klbrain (talk) 22:26, 10 December 2017 (UTC)
