DYK? edit

How the heck did I miss that DYK? It can't have been on for more than, like, six hours??? Ingolfson (talk) 07:15, 18 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Martinsburg edit

I removed the below material because it was unreferenced. I am quite happy to have it in, once somebody can find some refs - sorry, a link to the German Wikipedia where the article has no references in turn isn't good enough. Ingolfson (talk) 08:22, 18 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

During napoleonic times a trade harbour had been located beneath the Electoral Palace, while the palace itself was converted into a warehouse. The stones of the former Martinsburg, laid down by the order of Jean Bon Saint-André, had been used to fix the harbour walls.
Removed this again, same arguments.Ingolfson (talk) 07:26, 18 April 2008 (UTC)Reply
