Unfortunately, I do not know Latvian, and some sources, such as Latvian Wiki or books, found by Google.Books, are unavailable to me as sources. So I would be thankful for help with this article:)EX690662 (talk) 17:46, 26 August 2019 (UTC)Reply

@EX690662: I have no knowledge of the Latvian language and can't help with translating stuff from Latvian. However, I did do some cleanup of the article to make it fit standard formatting for HSU articles (since this is not a biography of an american, the dates should be in day-month-year format) and I fixed some of the grammar (lots of the grammar like "at [date]" seemed to be google-translated.) I hope it helps.
