Lack of consistency edit

In claiming famous French people of people descent, the article lists several Polish Jews, yet for religion the infobox claims "Christianity". These two claims are at odds, so I'm changing the infobox to represent the article (and of course removing the ambiguous "ethnic Poles" as it's both undefined and not coherent with the rest of the article).
