Pizza saving methods edit

"A small ball of pizza crust is also often used, and some restaurants get even more creative." Which restaurants? Creative in what ways? Examples? NoriMori (talk) 15:30, 26 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

Also known as a "pizza plug?" edit

I always thought that these were called "pizza plugs." I only found this article by clicking on the Pizza Saver link on the Pizza Delivery page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.164.62.141 (talk) 01:47, 31 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

That sounds like a pizza that has sprung a leak. Is it a wide-spread regional term mentioned in newspapers, or a family/personal acquaintance level slang name? Patented items sometimes have unexpected or awkward names from before they were well known. Whitebox (talk) 10:31, 2 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

Featured Article? edit

This is a really great article. Does anyone want to nominate it for a Featured Article review? I love this article. Herzlicheboy (talk) 22:25, 2 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

What ever happened to these? edit

You never see them anymore. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.72.186.125 (talk) 01:10, 23 February 2019 (UTC)Reply

They are still in use, usually if you order an extra large pizza, you will have one on it. TrueCholo (talk) 03:01, 31 December 2021 (UTC)Reply

Not in any of the major delivery chains. Unless the two distant, unrelated states I've lived in over the past decade and a half just decided to randomly ditch them. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 73.94.57.191 (talk) 05:06, 4 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
