"a long-standing problem" edit

User:Paulmd199 clarified the article to reflect that Pinwale was not necessarily created to support XKeyscore specifically. This seems appropriate. However, a statement was also added, claiming that the inability to store the increasing amounts of data was "a long-standing problem". Since this is not stated explicitly in any of the sources, my best judgement is that this statement is not WP:VERIFIABLE. There is a quote from William Binney that "[NSA] were falling behind the rate of change", but since it does not explicitly refer to Pinwale, inferring implicitly in the article that the two are related would be a WP:SYN.--Anders Feder (talk) 16:29, 6 November 2013 (UTC)Reply
