This article is somewhat absurd, isn't it.
If you are foodie, especially one interested in Southern food, you will realize the role of Pimento Cheese in the culture. Please click on the link to the Pimento Cheese competition listed under the See Also section to get a sense of how seriously people take their Pimento Cheese.

I dunno about you but I think this article is funny.
