Before my changes, it said that it is probably best eaten with sauces containing the meats (indicated). So are the sauces more than 50 percent liquid? (As that is the definition of a sauce.) If not then the article has to be changed.174.3.121.27 (talk) 02:08, 30 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Strip-wrapped hand? edit

Third paragraph starts, “The dough is rolled out in a thick flat sheet, then cut into strips. In some families, the strip of dough is rolled between one palm and the table, while the other hand is wrapped with the rest of the strip”.

What is the last bit supposed to mean? How does one wrap a hand with the rest of a strip? Does it mean you make one long strip of dough that is gradually wrapped around your free hand as more of the dough is rolled out into strip-shape? Kokoshneta (talk) 23:45, 20 November 2012 (UTC)Reply
