International vs. General edit

WP Fraternities and Sororities has defined Scope as either local, regional, national, or international. A group is international if it has active chapters in more than one country. A national group has chapters in just one country. A local group only has one chapter, and a regional group has two or three chapters clustered in a geographic area. Stating that a group is international is factual in this instance, not puffery. Please contact Wikipedia:WikiProject Fraternities and Sororities for more information or questions.
