It appears we will need a Disambiguation page. There may be a local with the same name, as noted by user "damasa" on the Greekchat website. He/she mentioned this group:

Phi Sigma Delta (local): [with colors of ] Old Gold and Black --in response to a question about various fraternity and sorority colors.

There was a local sorority formed with this name at West Georgia, see the West Georgia Greeks brochure, accessed 15 July 2019.
