Name change edit

The article should be moved to the new station name by an editor with an account.

The press releases on Jan 27 only say the name is to be changed, without being more specific beyond giving a two month time frame. However, SEPTA has pretty much changed all the on-line references. The one exception is at the bottom of the schedule page. It says "Center City to University City", but if you click on it for the actual schedule, the pdf has been updated.

My train ride in to Center City does not pass through the station, but they were announcing the name change on the intercom that the change was effective as of Jan 28. I can also confirm that the electronic signage at 30th Street station was giving times for next train TOWARDS PENN MEDICINE as of the evening of Jan 27.
