I've split up the "Biography" section in too "Early life and education" and "Military career" since the entire article is technically a biography and every section, excluding "References" and "Further reading" would be part of Manson's biography so to speak. Having one long level 2 primary section titled "Biography" with various level 3 subsections seems unnecessary, so I just dropped the "Biography" header altogether and made each section a level 2 one. I have no preference for section headings and just went with what seemed standard. -- Marchjuly (talk) 10:05, 4 November 2018 (UTC)Reply

I was bold and removed File:Wall of Honour, Royal Military College of Canada.jpg since a general image of the wall seems a bit out of place. It seems (at least to me) that a photo of the plaque or inscription actually showing Manson's name would be better than a general photo of the monument. -- Marchjuly (talk) 10:09, 4 November 2018 (UTC)Reply
I agree, the image was too generic for inclusion here, it looked far too gratuitous. - Ahunt (talk) 12:57, 4 November 2018 (UTC)Reply

I have restored this section that was removed by a COI editor (the son of the article subject, as noted here). The section is well-sourced to WP:RS and meets WP:BLP. As a result of the recent edits made by a number of editors I think the neutrality tagging has been addressed and so I have removed it.- Ahunt (talk) 14:50, 5 November 2018 (UTC)Reply
Two of the sources however are permanent dead links? Theroadislong (talk) 15:19, 5 November 2018 (UTC)Reply
In testing them and searching archive.org all three refs are gone. I have just removed the section, since it can't be sourced reliably. - Ahunt (talk) 16:00, 5 November 2018 (UTC)Reply
