Many non-governmental organizations have wikipedia pages. I am trying to inform anyone interested about what the organization is doing to save lives in Ukraine. I created the page less than an hour ago, I'm still in the process of simply editing it and will add tags and references as I go along. I haven't been given the opportunity to finish the page until it was tagged.
