Image:PatrickSookhdeo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Sunday Telegraph article that was withdrawn edit

Crown Court appearance edit
Andykatib An account of a court appearance before conviction is not at all appropriate in the introduction, per WP:BLP. Per WP:BLPCRIME there is a strong case for removing any reference until a conviction. This is an encyclopedia not a tabloid. Cpsoper (talk) 08:46, 11 April 2016 (UTC)
- Thanks for your advice. Will take it onboard. There have been some articles within the British Christian community around the Sookhdeo court case. I will also rework the Legal Problems section to make it more neutral. Part of the second paragraph quotes a Barnabas Fund article unquestioningly as fact.
