Editing War: edit

@42Pies There are a handful of people trying to add new and accurate information to the Wiki page. The changes meet Wikipedia standards with a neutral tone and cited sources but continue to be reverted by your user. These revisions seem to be malicious and ill-intended with no real reasoning for continued edit... I figured I would open a dialogue and have the conversation to get to the bottom of this. Is there an issue with how the information is being displayed? Thanks. 204.97.104.30 (talk) 17:24, 7 September 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hi, I've only reverted one edit on this page (do see the history section for the other users that have reverted this page). The rest have been reverted by other users. I reverted your edit because it didn't give a reason for the controversies section being removed. Also, the additions concerning the bill proposals need to have citations attached to them. Also, I do see that the IP you are editing from is from the New York State Assembly, and the article you are editing concerns a New York State senator, so you should declare if you have a conflict of interest. (Not assuming you have one, but you should declare a COI if you do.) 42Pies (talk) 20:30, 7 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
Here's some links to the Wikipedia policy pages for the policies I mentioned.
