WP:POV? Also sons? edit

"daughters remaining in their father's household until marriage"

while I don't know anything about this I don't dispute it, but was it exclusively daughters? Might have been in this magazine. Compare however to what it links to: Both sons and daughters are under the command of their fathers as long as they are under his roof or otherwise the recipients of his provision and protection.^[1]
